Stress Recovery for Consultants
Here’s how our two-day well-being retreat improved energy levels and symptoms of stress among individuals in high-performing consultants.
Challenges
Prior to the training, attendees reported task overwhelm, sacrificing personal relationships and health for productivity, suboptimal parenting responses, issues with partners, health concerns due to high stress levels, and decreased energy.

Objectives
Address Task Overwhelm
Equip consultants with practical tools to manage stress and reduce feelings of overwhelm.
Enhance Personal Relationships
Foster better co-regulation and patience with employees through mindfulness and interoception techniques to improve both work and personal relationships.
Boost Energy and Health
Implement strategies that increase energy levels and alleviate stress-related health concerns like headaches, sleep issues, and digestion issues.
Sustainable Self-Regulation
Empower participants to integrate stress-reduction practices into their daily lives, ensuring long-term well-being and productivity.

Our Solution
1
We implemented a comprehensive program that included interoceptive and mindfulness techniques, along with education on the science behind stress reactions.
2
Participants discovered that they already have, at their fingertips, the tools to reduce overwhelm and sustain their energy - leading to better health and stronger relationships.
3
Training also included practical strategies for weaving these tools into daily life, so individuals can access them anytime, on their own.
The Outcome
Participants reported feeling instantly “recharged”- often surprised by their innate ability to regulate stress and find calm from within.
Many experienced greater patience, particularly with children, and a deeper sense of self-awareness and emotional control.
After training, individuals noticed a reduction in headaches, sleep issues, and digestion problems.
Participants described closer relationships and improved co-regulation, enhancing how they connect and respond to others in daily life.
